WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• Accommodation in 2-3 bed rooms for 7 nights at Olo Centre, Enonkoski, Finland (Single room for an additional fee if available. Tent accommodation for reduced fee available).
• Daily prepared meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and non-alcoholic drinks provided by the Olo centre
• “Meet and Greet” upon arrival, refreshments provided.
• Restorative Morning Movement sessions. 
• Daily Integrative Intention Setting and Journaling.
• Daily group Experiential Learning sessions provided by Catarina Brazão and/or Markus Pesonen.
• Transportation to our nature excursions. Also included transportation to and from the Savonlinna airport or Enonkoski bus station.
• Rejuvenate your soul with the amazing Finnish forest time.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
• Roundtrip domestic air within Finland and international air from your destination to Olo Centre.
• Alcoholic beverages, non-included drinks, food eaten while away from Olo Centre should you want to eat on your own or as a group, souvenir shopping and laundry services are not included.
• Items of a personal nature such as gifts, toll calls, excess baggage, medical costs, the costs of hospitalisation and evacuation from remote areas, travel insurance and additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of the trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness, failure of transportation, or other causes beyond our control.

CANCELLATION and REFUNDS:
• Your deposit of 100 € is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Cancellations made 90 days or further in advance will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations made 60 days or further in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance are non-refundable.

The date cancellation is received in writing and will be used to calculate cancellation penalties. Refunds due will be processed 6-8 weeks from date of the arrival of cancellation letter.

For the Sake of Being(s)/Nature Solutions Oy reserve the right to cancel the retreat if insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.). If we do so, your retreat payment is refunded in full and For the Sake of Being(s)/Nature Solutions Oy shall be released from any further liability.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. 

NOTE:  Trip Cancellation Insurance is not the same as Travel Insurance for your airline ticket.
